Piano Lessons with Miss Hanan

Payment

  • Payment is due by the first week of lessons of each month.
  • Students may pay with the following: CASH, CHECK (checks payable to HANAN JAMMAL), or online via VENMO, GOOGLE WALLET, or DIRECT DEPOSIT.  Students paying by cash may request a receipt.

Make-Up and Rescheduled Lessons

  • If I need to reschedule: I will provide options as to what days will work.  If the student and I cannot agree on an option, we will cancel the lesson on my behalf. 
  • If the student needs to reschedule: I will only accommodate traveling requests IF I can fit it into any openings in my schedule between 7:30AM-8:30PM, Monday through Friday.  See the calendar for open time slots.  Students must request a rescheduled lesson no less than 8 hours of their scheduled lesson.

Lesson Cancellations

  • Cancellations must occur within 8 hours of the lesson time.  Cancellation with less than 8 hours notice is non-refundable and the student will not be allowed a make-up lesson opportunity.
  • Summer lessons -  From June 1st - August 31st , students will be able to cancel as often as needed, provided that they give at least one week's notice in writing (text, email, or handwritten note).  Students who do not adhere to this rule will be responsible for payment and rescheduling of the lesson.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS

  • Students are required to give a minimum of two weeks' notice if they decide to terminate lessons. 
  • It is important to me that students progress regularly and treat me with the same respect I treat them.  Therefore, I reserve the right to terminate lessons due to negative behavior, continual failure to practice, or failure to stay up-to-date with payments.
